Longer stays

Bookings for 7 or more days are available at discounted price. Electricity bill will be excluded from that price and will be charged 7.5 per unit. Guest will have to pay a security deposit of Rs 4000 before check-in. It will be returned after deducting electricity charges.

Our property is located in Bharath Vihar, 1.5 km from AIIMS Rishikesh. You can see directions to our property on Google Maps by searching Sushma Homestay 1 BHK property.

WiFi Details

Wifi connectivity is available at  30 Mbps in the 1BHK apartment provided by Jiofiber. Although speed may vary as per the bandwidth availability.

Amenities

Working desks and chairs are provided for the guests in the rooms. Ample storage space is available in all the rooms. Washed towels and linens will be provided to the guests. The semi-automatic washing machine will be accessible for the guest to wash their clothes. A private kitchen with all kitchenware is provided for you to cook your meals. Grocery shops are at a walkable distance from our place.

Cleaning

Rooms will be cleaned every day which is included in the room charges. In case guests want to get their dishes done or clothes washed, they have to pay extra charges to the maid.

Parking facility

Parking will be available inside the building premises based on the availability.

Restrictions

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the room.
