Reservation policy

​Kindly go through the reservation policy carefully before booking place at Sushma homestay. 

• Timings

  • Check-in: 1:00 pm​

  • Check-out: 11 am​

• The guest will have pay booking amount after they make their reservation on the website in case they are using ofline payments. 

• The booking amount will be charged based on the following rules:

  • Reservation for 3 days or less- Rs 1700​

  • More than 3 days and less than 7 days- Rs 3400

  • More than 7 days- Rs 5000

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed by contacting us. 

• Provision for prior blocking the day for early check or late check out is chargeable on a discounted rate. Contact us for more details.

• Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.  

• Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. 

• Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Guest should  carry valid ID card at the time of check-in; or foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
